MUONGOZO WA KUANDIKA WASIA KWA MUJIBU WA MADHEHEBU YA IBAḌHIYYAH

Kiswahili:

Kuandika wasia ni ibada muhimu sana katika Uislamu. Kwa mujibu wa madhehebu ya Ibaḍhiyyah, wasia una nafasi ya pekee katika kuandaa maisha ya baada ya kifo na kuacha urithi wenye baraka.

Misingi ya Wasiat kwa Ibaḍhi:

  1. Wasiat haipaswi kuzidi thuluthi (1/3) ya mali ya muusia.

  2. Warithi wa kisharia hawapewi wasia isipokuwa kwa idhini ya warithi wengine.

  3. Wasiat huandikwa wakati mtu akiwa mzima wa afya na akili.

Muundo wa Wasia:

  • Kuanza kwa Bismillah na shahada.

  • Kukiri imani ya Kiislamu.

  • Kutaja deni na malipo ya haki.

  • Mausia ya kiroho kwa familia.

  • Maelekezo ya matumizi ya sehemu ya mali (1/3).

  • Kuteua msimamizi wa wasia.

  • Ushuhuda wa mashahidi wawili waadilifu.

Wasia ni njia ya kumaliza maisha kwa hikma, busara, na mafundisho ya Kiislamu. Tunahimizwa wote tuandike wasia wetu kabla ya kuondoka duniani.

دليل كتابة الوصية حسب مذهب الإباضية

كتابة الوصية عبادة عظيمة في الإسلام. ووفقاً لمذهب الإباضية، للوصية أهمية كبيرة في ترتيب شؤون ما بعد الوفاة وترك إرث مبارك.

أسس الوصية عند الإباضية: ١. لا تتجاوز الوصية ثلث مال الموصي. ٢. لا يُوصى للورثة الشرعيين إلا بموافقة باقي الورثة. ٣. تُكتب الوصية حال الصحة والعقل.

صيغة الوصية:

  • تبدأ ببسم الله والشهادة.

  • الإقرار بالإيمان.

  • تحديد الديون والحقوق.

  • وصايا روحية للأسرة.

  • تخصيص ثلث المال أو أقل لأعمال البر.

  • تعيين وصي موثوق.

  • توقيع شاهدين عدلين.

الوصية وسيلة حكيمة لإنهاء الحياة وفق تعاليم الإسلام ونوصي الجميع بكتابتها في حياتهم.

English:

A GUIDE TO WRITING A WILL ACCORDING TO THE IBAḌHIYYAH SCHOOL

Writing a will is a noble act of worship in Islam. According to the Ibāḍhī school, it plays a vital role in preparing for the hereafter and leaving a blessed legacy.

Foundations of the Will (Wasiyah):

  1. The will should not exceed one-third (1/3) of the estate.

  2. Legal heirs are not to be included unless with the consent of the other heirs.

  3. The will should be written while the person is sound in mind and health.

Structure of the Will:

  • Begin with Bismillah and the Shahadah.

  • Declare Islamic faith.

  • List debts and rightful dues.

  • Provide spiritual advice to family.

  • Allocate up to one-third of wealth for charity or specific uses.

  • Appoint a trustworthy executor.

  • Include signatures of two upright witnesses.

Writing a will is a wise way to end one’s life journey, aligned with Islamic teachings. Everyone is encouraged to draft their will while they are alive and capable.
